Thank you for your interest in the Madison County History Room resources.  

If you would like more information about our collections, or if you would like one-on-one assistance from our Genealogy Genius, we are glad to help. Please download and complete the Genealogy Research Request Form.  We encourage you to submit this information along with your appointment request.  Non-Madison County residents will also need to read the "Non- Madison County Resident Genealogy Research Policy and Fees" form.
